<section><p>1.Shoshilmay ko`zingizni yuqoriga va pastga harakatlantiring. Keyin o`ng va chap tarafga qarating. Har birini 6 martadan bajaring.</p>
<p>2.Ko`zingizni yumib, chuqur nafas oling. Qo`l kaftini bir-biriga ishqalab, isiting. So`ng kaftini ko`z qovoqlari ustiga qo`yib, o`ngacha sanang.</p>
<p>3.Soat aylanasi bo`yicha ko`zingizni «ishga tushiring». Mashq 4 marta bajarilsa kifoya.</p>
<p>4.Bosh barmoqni oldinga cho`zing. Sekin-astalik bilan barmoqni ko`zingizga yaqinlashtirib, shu maromda uzoqlashtiring.</p>
<p>5.Ko`zingizni qattiq yumingda, 5 soniya ushlab turing. So`ng ko`zni ochib, 1-2 daqiqa tanaffus qiling. Mashqni 5 marta takrorlaysiz.</p>
